I have heard nice things about Arik Air but have never flown it before. Any proper airline would have a functional website that allows travellers to book and pay for flights, online. Virgin offers that and more and that's one of the reasons I sticked to Virgin. The current economic recession only makes matters worse. Even well-run airlines like BA are struggling. In any case, other airlines will quickly replace Virgin Nigeria, Arik Air is a good example.
