I personally know Erik (aka WhiteAfrikan, aka HASH). He's spot on. Africa has many problems and infrastructure is one of them. I think Safaricom's M-PESA mobile payments option is going to shake up e-payments here in Kenya. Right now, the maximum one can send/receive money via M-PESA is about KSh 50,000. But this is a great start and the fee is only a paltry KSh 30. That's CHEAP.
