ValueClick Media, a leading online advertising company has now added Direct Deposit (Automated Clearing House) as a payment option for US and Canadian-based publishers on their advertising network. With this method, publishers who opt for it can receive money earnings straight into their US or Canadian bank account, in US Dollars for months when their total earnings exceed $25.
Hitherto, ValueClick Media had been paying its publishers via cheque and Paypal, on a monthly basis. The benefits of direct deposit include:
- No fees. Publishers are not charged for receiving payment using this method and this means you keep more of your earnings
- Shorter payment cycles enhance efficiency
- Automated payments increase security and control
- Always on time so your money is available when the transfer is processed
According to ValueClick Media:
To set up direct deposit:
- Log into your account
- Go to the payment profile page
- Under payment method, select: payment by direct deposit
- Provide your banking information
- Submit
I’m a publisher with them but not US-based. I logged-in to my account and saw that I could choose Direct Deposit but chose not to. Paypal is just fine by me.
Google Adsense on other hand, limits this option to publishers in 25 countries only. I am not sure about Yahoo Publisher Network
