		<description>It is amazing to think of the cheek of arriving in another country with this gang of armed thugs!  I wonder if Obasanjo would be allowed the same in Libya?  I know most if not all head of states always travel with their security who are general armed with small weaponry - the usual body guards but to bring your own personal army is outrageous and yes for once Nigeria said no.  But would they have done the same to say Mr GW Bush or Tony Blair?</description>
