Nigerian Telecom subscribers satisfied

Nigerian telecom subscribers are satisfied with the telecom services, in Nigeria. This is according to a recent market survey by Contact Solutions, a renown provider of Customer Management Services (CMS) Solutions in Nigeria. See BusinessDay’s report.

Vmobile, Glo Mobile, MTEL (GSM arm of NITEL), MTN Nigeria, Multilinks, NITEL and Reltel were the telecom networks that were covered by the survey.

If this survey is anything to go by, it simply shows that there has been tremendous improvment in the Nigerian telecom sector, unlike just 3 years ago, when Nigerians had to boycott the services of the GSM cellular networks for 24 hours.

I did a feature article on Mobile Africa last year, titled: “September 19th GSM Boycott in Nigeria – Two Years After. Any Changes?” You might want to read it now.

Remember to judge for yourself, and share your thoughts as well. :)
