I knew about external statistical tools, whilst making my submission thus my mentioning the “free” tool, StatsCounter.com I knew about Google Analytics even before it became free.

What I am talking about here is having all your stats data bundled with your web hosting, so you don’t have to rely on an external source for data about how visitors find and use your blog. :cool:
